#WAKE UP WELL WITH #LIFE

The main culprits for the problem are the stressful routine and urban chaos
– they interfere with sleep and, consequently, the performance of the next day.
“Well-being is related to the quality and duration of sleep. everyone needs
sleep six to nine hours a night to be healthy. Those who sleep less tend to develop
illnesses". It's the duration of sleep. Therefore, the first
step to have a good day is to sleep well.

But there are others that we can adopt to start the morning on a high.
“It is important to wake up little by little, to wake up the muscles and the brain,
preparing them for the journey.”

This way we gain an injection of energy and avoid back pain, migraine and other
evils. Nothing has such an immediate effect on our mood as breathing.
When you wake up, take a deep breath, filling not only your lungs, but your entire abdomen with air.
- It's called full breathing. On the exhale, chant the mantra “om” (pronounced “oum”),
powerful sound that represents the primordial vibration of the universe.

“Inhale deeply. as you exhale with your mouth, let the sound 'ooo' rise, become a
"uuu" on the lips, ending with a soft 'mmm' when closing them. Repeat until you feel awake.”

or lemon help to wake up. If you don't have time to take a shower, at least wash your face with water.

This for me is my daily life , I learned with nutritionists , personal trainer
because maybe I lived a different reality to the one I live today, and its difficulties were some of mine
