Making Mashed Potatoes and Gravy for Christmas (Vegan)

I LOVE mashed potatoes and gravy, and what better side to make for the holidays! This has always been a staple in my family for Thanksgiving and Christmas! Today I show you how I make mine - and best of all they're 100% vegan and delicious!

Recipe -
Vegan Bouillon
Water
Onion
Oil
Potatoes
Flour
Butter (dairy free)
Almond Milk (or other dairy free alternative)

Boil the water and add 1 tsp bouillon to 1 cup of water - mix. Saute onion in oil, add flour to make a roux then add stock mixture. Reduce down until desired thickness is achieved.

Boil potatoes, mash with vegan butter and almond milk until desired consistency. Enjoy!
