Efficiency Vermont needs to know about this!! Heat Pumps D.O.A....

Several of our units have ALWAYS had NO LUCK with the thermostat sending anything but tepid or freezing air all winter long -- so we have to improvise for heat - with space heaters and their cooking range units etc...
And, yes it's been reported so many times it becomes very redundant - who wouldn't give up saying it repeatedly?

In 2021 I also had a quite reasonable short list of MAINTENANCE requests that are still outstanding - ignored from weeks ago -- along with several other things reported way back at 1st year's Vermont State Housing Trust accompanied inspection.
