I Tried Vitamins for 30 Days
I tried vitamins for 30 days to see if I could feel a difference. Over the course of this experiment I was looking at 3 key areas: immune system support, dietary support, and cardiovascular support.
I thought the vitamins did a good job supplementing my immune system and keeping me out of the doctor's office. I'd give them a +1 here.
I also thought they did a good job stabilizing my energy levels throughout the day especially since I struggle with chronic fatigue or feeling tired. I'm guessing they helped fill in some nutritional gaps in my diet, giving me some more energy.
As far as cardiovascular support, I couldn't tell much of a difference. They may help but if so I didn't really notice.
I'd like to compare my results to the GNC clinical trial, but I couldn't find the results.
