Today we're talking about the easier way to self improvement and that's starting with our lead Habits.

Everyone has aspirations to become a better person, but sometimes it's difficult to choose where to start.

Well, the simple answer is to start with the one thing that will make everything else easier or unnecessary

Self-help culture says to wake up early, workout, meditate, and work on your side hustle. But how do we make time to do all of that?

We wake up early because no one can bother us at 5 o'clock in the morning. But how do we make it easier to get out of bed in the morning? We establish a consistent bedtime. But then what if we're not tired? We establish a nightly routine to signal to our body that it's time to go to bed.

This is true here, but it's also true in other areas of our lives. We can implement this ideology anywhere.
