During that powerful decade was the Jesus Revolution when God did great and mighty things when the Lord touch young hippies as He brought them to Himself. Holy Spirit was moving mightily through hundreds of young people that were hungry for peace and love. They knew about peace, but transformation came to so many thousands when The Prince of Peace came into their lives. There was a counterfeit search until they were found by the One who is the authentic Way.
