Dell Inspiron 600m overview, disassembly, cleaning and disk check

This one is strange as it seems to have an original installation of Windows Home Edition SP3 which wasn't a thing in 2005 when this laptop was new. And it has a XP Pro COA and came with an Inspiron 1150 manual? And the OEM info says it was an 1150 also which is strange.
