Cleveland officer found guilty of 2 counts of gross sexual imposition; rape charges dismissed

During a bench trial that ended Monday, a judge found a Cleveland police officer guilty of two counts of gross sexual imposition but dismissed two charges of rape against him for two separate incidents that occurred in 2017 and 2019.
