Let's dehydrate some potatoes. In this video I explain the steps to successfully dehydrate this pantry staple.

Use dry in casseroles (Potatoes Au Gratin or Scalloped Potatoes) or soup. Pan fry after soaking 15 minutes or so.

Store vacuum sealed 3-5 years or in an airtight container up to 6 months for best flavor.
