Vintage Side Table with Inlay Top Refinished

This little side table was $40 locally in Pennsylvania. The owner was a 2nd recipient and did not know any history. I thought the table was in solid condition, not well cared for, with the finish being rather poor. I decided to take the top down carefully to see if I could restore the original inlay veneers. I painted the body of the table and gave the top several coats of clear carnauba wax.

I used the following materials:
Eye Love Hue chalk paint in Gypsy Magic
Dixie Belle chalk paint in French Linen
Dixie Belle grey primer
Art Alchemy Rich Gold gilding wax
Jolie brown wax
Howard's Citrus Shield clear wax
