Beat Ambience is, without a doubt, one of the most abstract, quirky and off-kilter songs of the entire Streets of Rage 3 album. The objective here, ironically, was to stick close to the formula, while giving it a little bit of power. The entire song focuses on the "beat" formula, which is why I went from rapid-fire drums to a nice groove in the middle, only to build it back up near the end. I think it works.
