Fuze is one of the more accessible and traditional songs in the Streets of Rage 3 soundtrack, but it's quite different from what has come before. The closest approximation would be Spin on the Bridge from Streets of Rage 2.

This mix of high-intensity industrial, hardcore, breakbeat and techno creates an ensuing sonic eruption of odd time signatures and lots of low end. Expanding it meant deviating only a little from this sound to provide more overall content. I think it works, without straying too far from the original tune.
