Around noon... and yes they can still let those horns rip but overall it's vastly more quiet on the secondary streets. Last week every corner, every stretch, was letting her rip constantly but today once you're away from the main square then it's really only sporadic bursts of honking here and there. Actually more cars honking... day trippers driving through as the area is very easy to access.
