Let's Go "Dan Brett...Let's Go" - PLA defeats "Funk D'Andrews" In The Streets

State (0) v PLA (1)

The PLA use surprise guerilla "foodfare" attack from the Bohemien Heartland of Melbourne's St Kilda.

The PLA rebels were garnished with an assortment of devices using an assault launching from picnic blankets stationed at Acland Street armed with breadsticks and laughter that rocketed throughout the streets bombarding the overtones of all too serious propogandists with empty cafes and eateries who are going broke only serving the double vaxxed.

No more "CoVid Cash" from the State or Fed government will see many small business spiral into bankruptcy under these new but old Stanlist quasi directions that appear all to unenforceable.

"Soda-Tov Cocktails" of fizzy drink in hand, the PLA wiped out garrisons of state troopers sent to dowse out the rebellion.

More seriously, the State's Attempt to Blackmail [which is an offence under the Crimes Act 1958 s87 - Victoria) is futile.

The PLA take to the streets and defeat D' Andrews.

Blackmail has the following five elements:

i) The accused made a demand; (get vaxxed)

ii) The demand was made with a view to gain for the accused or another, or with intent to cause loss to another; ($$$ for Global Biotech's and Corruption bribes for pollies who are under ICAC and IBAC investigation)

iii) The demand was made with menaces; (use of State Police to use violence against those who disagree with this tyrannical form of rule)

iv) The demand was unwarranted; (there are other forms of treatment)

v) The accused intended to make an unwarranted demand with menaces.

Making a Demand

3. The first element the prosecution must prove is that the accused made a demand of the victim (Crimes Act 1958 s87(1)). [refer to numerous press release by Funk D' Andrews]

4. The nature of the demand is immaterial (Crimes Act 1958 87(2)).2

5. The demand may be implicit or explicit (R v Clear [1968] 1 QB 670; R v Collister (1955) 39 Cr App R 100; R v Lambert [2010] 1 Cr App R 21; R v Akhmatov [2004] EWCA Crim 1004; R v Studer (1915) 11 Cr App R 307; R v Jessen [1997] 2 Qd R 213)
