If foreign countries were in fact involved in hacking the US Elections - this would be deemed an Act of War. If an Act of War was committed against the U.S. do you believe the Military knew it was going to be attempted? Do you believe they would have takenn steps to be able to prove it? Do you believe they are ready to Act Lawfully under the Law of War (DoD Manual for conflicts) to safeguard our Republic and our People?
