How Rockstar LOST Its Direction After Bully 2's Cancelation

Rockstar at one point was the creme de la creme of Video Game Developers. The Cream of the Crop if you will. But now, their reputation is beyond damaged with the cancelation of Bully 2, Red Dead Online being in shambles, GTA: The Trilogy: The Definitive Edition launching in an absolute broken mess, so on and so forth. Can Rockstar turn their reputation around? I don't know at this point...
