Vinyasa Flow | 35 min Practice - Stretch & Strengthen

A full body vinyasa flow for anytime of the day. This 35 minute practice begins with some nice slow stretches and then we gradually add heat as we begin to strengthen the body, then finishing off with some nice juicy stretches. This is not a beginner flow and requires a baseline knowledge of the different yoga postures. I hope you enjoy 🥰
