In this video we went over the swiss ball squat. This is complex exercise that requires the ability to stand on top of the swiss ball with good balance. Check out my videos on how to stand if you do not. This exercise will work every muscle in the body, not to mention we are on an unstable surface. This unstable surface mimics activities such as roller blading, skateboarding, snowboarding, biking, motocross, and other actions that are on an unstable surface.
