3 lbs. flank steak, round steak or London Broil
1 c. low sodium soy sauce
1/4 c. Worcestershire Sauce
1 t. garlic powder
2 t. onion powder
1/4 c. packed brown sugar
2 t. black pepper
1 -2 t. liquid smoke
