If I were standing naked in front of the mirror

I am better than the person I used to be, but if I were honest with myself, if I were standing naked in front of the mirror, I'm not completely healthy - there is so much more that I could be doing to increase my health, to be a healthy vital person, to live with more energy and excitement and clarity.
