So I just found out that San Francisco wants to use taxpayer dollars to beg criminals not to shoot people. I know, I thought it was a joke too when I saw it, but it's not.

Almost no one can get a concealed carry permit in San Francisco.

They can't have more than 10 rounds in their guns, they have a universal background check, an "assault weapon" ban, and a whole host of other excessive gun control laws that up to this point have been so useless San Francisco now has to try to pay criminals not to shoot people.
