This play had been harassing the server I managed to down a jet he was flying and noticed he didn't die. I went over to confirm my suspicions as you can see in this clip only two weapons to my knowledge use explosive rounds the MKII sniper and the MKII pump action he was not using these he is using an ammo mod. he is also in god mode you can take a look at the chat another player is also calling him out on the mods
