Sweet and Sour Baked Salmon

Grain-Free | Paleo

Recipe:
Serving for Large Salmon Fillet
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 3 tablespoon coconut aminos (recommend Coconut Secret)
- 3 tablespoon stone ground mustard
- 3 tablespoon EVOO
- 1-2 tablespoon garlic powder
- 1 tsp ginger (2 if like stronger flavor)
- pinch of cayenne
- pinch of salt
- black pepper to taste
- 3 finely chopped scallions

1) Wisk ingredients together until fully combined.
2) Coat fish with marinade.
3) Bake at 370°F for 10 to 20 minutes, depending on desired done-ness.
