More Track Maintenance with NMRA Gauge

The Midway Spaghetti Bowl Yard Throat is still getting some improvements to reliability. This section of track is used more than any other track on the whole layout and we're at the point where some small upgrades here and there will make it much more robust to accommodate equipment that is notoriously difficult to operate. The NMRA Mark IV Gauge is on hand to check everything over so we can figure out what work needs to be done.
