Bob Chiaradio Addresses Poor Westerly, Rhode Island RICAS Scores & School Committee Comments

Bob Chiaradio questions the very low Rhode Island Comprehensive Assessment System (RICAS) and compares them to the stellar Massachusetts ranking in all categories.

He also reminds the school committee that mention of other Open Meetings Act violation were also addressed by Rhode Island Attorney General Peter Neronha and found favorable.

Once again, the committee is reminded that pictures of a boy giving oral sex to grown man is pornography and not age appropriate at any level.
