Buchanan BOE meeting 12/13/21- Police Called

2 high ranking police officers call more tax-paid officers to the meeting on a peaceful tax-payer who showed up at the meeting but refused to fill out a speaker card. This is his right to speak that was taken away granted by the open meetings acts, not by the school. The school's rules also do not supersede the US constitution or any rights granted by that. The high-ranking police officers should have known that along with our constitutional rights and the school boards own policy they have been completely ignoring.. it’s their job in my opinion and also the reason they were elected in that position was not so that they could use the law against the tax paying parents that the BOARD is appointed to council with to make important decisions that affect the students who do not in any way, shape or form belong to the state or the school board. Instead we are in the position where we as tax payers are forced to find time to do all the research that should be done by the board, to learn the job and limitations of the board, to learn the law, school policy, state law and constitution along with other articles like the Nuremberg code that are being actively abused.. we must learn all of this to bring it to the board.. to be completely disregarded and disrespected. If you think it’s personal.. it is! This is child abuse, and we are trying to prevent it.. to the good guys! These high-ranking police board members have been going out of their way to assert themselves. Two of our speakers were called after this on their unlisted numbers, harassed by one of the officers board members family members. Prior conflicts with parents and the board uncovered where the board members actually threatened the place of employment of one of the parents who questioned the board.. along with an online smear campaign.. in the nicest city in America!:) though your voice make shake— speak!
