Do you know what a good trade looks like?

What time of day do your best trades occur?
What type of market are you trading? (range or trend)
What is the momentum look like?
What does the setup look like?
What about the signal? what does that look like?
What are some variations that you need to be ready for? (nothing's perfect)
Do you have a short set of rules to qualify that trade?

==========================

can you stay focused for 2 hours at a time?

- build your focus muscles during the rest of the day, not just when we're trading.
- practice meditation, remove cell phone alerts during the day.
- got off social media every 30seconds, it's poison for brain!

- evening routine to get good sleep so youre awake tomorrow?
- no coffee, drum beat music, get into a rhythm with the price-action.
- chill out while you're trading (faster isnt better)

Focus is a muscle, you need to build it before you can use it, and then you need to keep using it to keep it!
