Apple Tart Recipe / Cooking Demonstration

Yi demonstrates the preparation and cooking of a low sugar apple tart. Ingredients are listed at the end of the video. Short version:
Crust: 1/2 C flour, 2.5TBS cold butter, ½ tsp sugar, ¼ tsp salt, 3~4 TBS sour cream

Filling: 1 large sweet firm apple such as Fuji, red delicious, or gala, 1 tsp sugar, ¼ tsp cinnamon, pinch salt, 1 tsp lemon juice, 1/2 to 1 tsp butter for doting
Egg wash: 1 egg+ 1tsp water mix well, will only use 1TBS max
