Biden is supposed to protect the Constitution but thinks he can change it at will.

Joe Biden is extremely lost in the White House. The lights are on but nobody's home. Biden gets everything wrong and lives in a bubble. He has no idea what the world is like or the common American middle-class. He believes that the Constitution is a liquid document that you can change at will. He supposed to protect the Constitution. At least that's what he swore to do. There is a process to change the Constitution but it is extremely hard. The Constitution is an absolute document (not liquid changing) that says: "A well regulated Militia, being necessary to the security of a free State, the right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed." The key here is "shall not be infringed". He has no idea that there were citizens in the Civil War time and also Kansas that had cannons even though he says that the Constitution does not give you the right to buy a Canon.

Mr. Biden has no knowledge of history even though he spent his lifetime in politics. Every policy is involved with fails and everything he puts his hand to his destroyed. Just check his records and you'll see for yourself.
