We Made a Sci-Fi Film for Under $15,000 - Voyage of the Chimera

A brief look behind the scenes of Voyage Of The Chimera, the first of our trilogy of "homemade" sci-fi films. Includes interviews with the cast and crew and a look at the innovative visual effects work. This was my first attempt at a real narrative feature. My wife and producing partner and I have no industry experience and there are not a lot of resources in our home town of Pueblo, CO, so it was a huge challenge putting this movie together. The editing, effects, and post work was all done literally "in house" in our basement, since we couldn't afford any outside artists. Thanks so much to our cast, backers, and small volunteer crew for helping us get this show off the ground!
