Police Supervise the Snow Clearing of the Streets

Word was that Ottawa Police were ordered to 'surge' and stop these guys. They found the guys clearing the streets of snow. Not sure, but perhaps all they need to do is 'supervise' this illegal clearing of the snow by these racist terrorists.
