SOS Soup or Sauce Mix ~ Creamy Potato Soup From Your Home Canned Pantry

This versatile dry mix is great for so many things. When mixed with a liquid, it makes a creamy base that can be used for anything from soups to sauces.

2 c. powdered skim milk
3/4 c. corn starch
1/4 c. instant chicken bouillon
2 t. onion powder
2 t. garlic powder
1 T. dried parsley

Instructions:
Mix all ingredients well. Store in a sealed container, jar or bag in a cool, dark place.
