Russian submarine secret base Object 825 in Crimea.

According to a Russian Navy officer, Russia is said to be "regenerating" the secret Soviet submarine base and nuclear facility "Object 825" in Crimea in war, as tensions in the Black Sea and Baltic have exceeded the level of the Soviet Union.

With Russia and NATO mutually reinforcing their military capabilities around Ukraine.
