Lee lays out a counter-narrative to the rising tensions in Ukraine, linking it to Russiagate propaganda. Carter remains skeptical of both the US and Russian government narratives, and after Lee's departure he and Keri laugh at Ned Price's pathetic press conference in which he attempts to pass off arbitrary claims as "evidence."
