USPS: You Have One Job (and you cannot do that right)

Package clearly labeled 2nd floor delivery. USPS worker just dumps it on the floor on 1st floor while talking on the phone. Porch Pirates patrol our neighborhood, but luckily I got this package before it was taken. I notified the USPS. USPS acknowledged my complaint, but we know how that will go. Nothing like depending on government unionized workers!
