Assistant Superintendent: I Want to Mask 2-Year Olds to Train Them in ‘Mask Compliance’

So when they’re,  it’s like if you’re at 2-year olds, you’re trying to help them practice for age three and then four when they’re going into pre-k classrooms, and then from there you’re trying to help them get into normalized situation, wearing masks, potentially in a kindergarten classroom and so forth, right.”
