The hospital from Rybnik in Poland forged the "pandemic" order that led to the patient's death

During the session in the Sejm of the Nuremberg 2.0 group on January 18, 2022, an employee of the Rybnik hospital showed on the vision order number 70/2021 of May 17, 2021. According to a note, it allows the doctor to refrain from testing procedures in some cases. Interestingly, the document held by the commission differs in the lack of this important note, as well as in the lack of signatures.
