Sunday Longplay - Metroid: Zero Mission (GBA) - Hard Mode 100%

This week on Sunday Longplay, the Road to Metroid Dread continues as we retread Samus Aran's first mission on Planet Zebes in its improved and extended form. Welcome to Metroid: Zero Mission!

As a remake of the original Metroid on NES, the map layout is very similar to the original, but expanded with extra rooms, more power-ups, and even two entirely new areas that weren't in the original (Crateria and Chozodia). A few new bosses have been added into each area as well as an entirely new segment of the game after killing Mother Brain. After destroying Mother Brain and escaping Tourian, space pirates shoot down Samus's gunship destroying it and her power suit, leading to a Metal Gear-style stealth mission to infiltrate the Space Pirate Mother Ship and retrieve her fully-powered suit and then blow up the ship and escape, leading to the real ending of the game.

While Metroid Fusion only had adjustable difficulty settings in the Japanese version, Zero Mission incorporates them into all regional versions. And just like I did with Fusion I'm going for 100% items on Hard Mode.
