Another video to show you that the media is lying when they say it's noisy ALL the time. This IS one of the loudest corners throughout the day... this section along Kent St... more like a block than a corner... but here it is at 6pm and pretty quiet and subdued.
You have to remember that this is Ottawa in the dead of winter... it's freaking cold!!!
