Zwift FTP Test #Cycling

Today I attempted the Ramp Test on Zwift to determine my FTP!

This is one of the most challenging things you can do on a bike, because you have to empty the tank and go to complete exhaustion . The point is to set a benchmark as to what your limits are, so you have something to compare it against later on in the program. Since I'm starting a new training program, this is typically what you do to start it out

I'm just under 5'7", 162 lbs and 35 years old (for those trying to figure out watts/kg)

Here are the different parts of the test:
