Ohio State 50-Year Attendance Low Indicative Of Problem In College Football

The Ohio State Buckeyes are one of the premiere programs in college football...and a team that historically has no problem selling out regular season games. However...attendance at the Buckeyes game against Tulsa last Saturday hit a 50-year low.
The Ohio State Athletic Director provided his reasoning for the low attendance...but none of his reasons were valid. We give the reason for the record low attendance...and explain why this is indicative of a bigger problem in college football.
We mention a similar situation that happened in Alabama back in 2019...where Nick Saban was critical of the Crimson Tide fan base. We offer our explanation as to why people are refusing to attend college football games...and the simple solution to the problem.
