MDOT pilots liquid de-icer product near Grand Ledge garage

The Michigan Department of Transportation is trying something new at their Grand Ledge garage. They are participating in a pilot program testing out a liquid de-icer along Saginaw Highway instead of the normal road salt in preparation for snowstorms.
