Is Alaa Deen severely learning impaired?

On February 2, 2022 Ala Deen challenged me to a debate. I offered to debate on the topic: "Is the Quran a clear communication device?" He demonstrated does not read or listen for comprehension. As a retired Special Education Teacher I am concerned that this is a display of a lack of cognitive ability. As time progresses he demonstrates reasoning that is two standard deviations below the norm.
