 One Passage: Luke 2:10-11
10 And the angel said to them, “Fear not, for behold, I bring you good news of great joy that will be for all the people. 11 For unto you is born this day in the city of David a Savior, who is Christ the Lord.

 One Hymn: Silent Night
Stanza # 1 - Jesus’s birth was miraculous
Silent night, holy night. All is calm; all is bright. Round yon Virgin, Mother and Child. Holy Infant, so tender and mild. Sleep in heavenly peace

Stanza #2 - Jesus’s birth brought about wonder and worship because of the coming Savior
Silent night, holy night. Shepherds quake at the sight. Glories stream from heaven afar. Heavenly hosts sing ‘Alleluia!’ Christ the Savior is born

Stanza # 3 - Jesus’s birth was a gift of love and redeeming grace
Silent night, holy night! Son of God love’s pure light. Radiant beams from Thy holy face. With the dawn of redeeming grace, Jesus Lord, at Thy birth; Jesus Lord, at Thy birth

 One Consistent Message: Jesus Christ
• Jesus is good news to a sinful world
• Jesus is joyful news to a discouraged and defeated world
• Jesus is eternal hope for a hopeless world
