Quake (2021) - E4M4: The Palace of Hate (Nightmare, 100% Secrets)

Oh boy, this map is quite possibly the hardest level in the entire game. Between the hordes of Fiends and Death Knights in narrow dark hallways and the 5 total Shamblers (most of them guarding the exit), and only one Pentagram of Protection and one Quad Damage to deal with all of them, you'll be in for a hell of a bad time in this level! At least you get the Super Nailgun to help mow them down and there's plenty of ammo for it lying around.
