Annual Rate of return calculator using Python and Mobaxterm

We will calculate the annual rate of return in Decimal format, using python and mobaxterm.

If you don't like it in decimal format, you can adjust by multiplying the rate by 100 and adding a "%".
Or you can use python formatting capabilities.
