BRAINIAC 2004 - Remake & Modern Day Revisal of the 1962 Mexican Horror Classic about a Brain Eating Demon Monster. It's low budget, but fun for those who like cheesy B-Movies.

Brain chemistry research has produced a drug - Nirvana - that can wipe out addiction and mental illness but the drug creates a brain-eating monster, called BRAINIAC. Victims are found with their heads drilled and their brains literally sucked out.
