IMPROVE POSTURE WITH THIS EXERCISE

In this video, we went over the cobra. This exercise is also referred by some as a superman. It is simple to do, yet highly effective. Doing this movement will help with posture. We have to understand that in this day in age there is a tendency to hunch forward into a fetal position. Remember, gravity is pushing on us all day long. This is why it important to keep these muscles on that back side strong.
