In Christianity, making a choice is not just a one-time thing. It is follow-through; that get back up that muscles. We can make a difference in our community, but not by quitting. We can be that kind of person that stays on the forward path. Keeping our eyes ahead and making a contribution to our community. And making Jesus smile. The spiritual life may be tough, but it is also deeply satisfying. There is joy in helping others, and there is joy in defeating Satan. The church life is a good life. It's a choice.
