Has Hasbro done it again? My SS 86 Wreck-Gar needs a hip replacement! QC Issue or a bad figure??

Transformers Studio Series 86 Voyager Wreck-Gar figure has two left legs! I was transforming my new Wreck-Gar figure and noticed one leg did not lock in place. There was a missing square on the one side. I thought that just the thigh was on backward but when I took the leg off I discovered he had two left legs! (Right leg when facing the same way you are).

Two options...
1. Keep the thighs they way they are and one doesn't lock in. or
2. Rotate the thigh but then you have all the designs and a big gap on the outside leg.
